The posting

Als storingstechnieker maak je deel uit van het interventieteam verantwoordelijk voor onderhoud en herstellingen aan onze 60 portaalkranen, als technieker ligt de focus voornamelijk op industriële elektriciteit en plc / automatisatie / S7.

Functie:

  • Het uitvoeren van de herstellingen en het preventief onderhoud van de kranen.
  • De kleine aanpassingen in de sturingen.
  • Het regelmatig uitmeten van de veiligheden en de noodstopsystemen.
  • Het onderhouden van de elektromotoren en het vervangen van de stukken van de drives of de frequentiesturingen.
  • Back-up voor het hydraulisch en mechanisch onderhoud van de spreaders.
  • Bij dit alles is samenwerken met de collega’s essentieel.

Gezien de 24/7 operaties op de terminal, houdt deze functie structureel shift werk in (vroege – late – nacht) alsook weekendwerk.

Profiel:Opleiding:

  • Bachelor Elektromechanica of Automatisatie / TSO Elektromechanica, haventechnieken, industriële elektriciteit, elektrotechnieken of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ook Masters in de Industriële Wetenschappen kunnen al hun probleemoplossende creativiteit uitleven

Ervaring:

  • 3 jaar ervaring als storingstechnieker
  • Je hebt ervaring/interesse in elektromechanica, automatisering, sterkstroom, elektriciteit, elektronica
  • Je kan goed overweg met PLC (Siemens S5 / S7-300) voor foutanalyse, frequentiesturingen, elektromotoren en sensoren.

Talen:

  • Goede kennis van Nederlands Effectief kunnen communiceren is belangrijk om een veilige omgeving te kunnen garanderen

Competenties:

  • Je bent leergierig, durft initiatief te nemen en kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, bereid tot handenarbeid met je hoofd er bij en buitenwerk.
  • Je hebt geen hoogtevrees, portaalkranen hebben een hoogte van meer dan 100m!
  • Beschikken over eigen vervoer, onze terminals zijn niet bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer
