Ensure all incoming leads are accurately tracked and managed within the CRM. Consolidate fragmented tracking systems and prepare weekly funnel scorecards covering leads, meetings booked and held, commitments, and funded capital. Integrate HubSpot with AI and automation tools such as Zapier, Make, and HubSpot Breeze to improve lead routing, list hygiene, and follow-up processes. Write high-converting email campaigns in the voice of executive leadership while maintaining performance targets of at least 45% open rates, 2.5% click-through rates, and less than 0.3% unsubscribes. Write and publish at least three LinkedIn posts per week targeting accredited investors. Manage outbound prospecting sequences designed to generate qualified investor meetings. Create investor guides, lead magnets, and landing pages supported by five-to-seven-touch email nurturing sequences. Analytics, Reporting, and Hiring Support Produce monthly channel performance reports tracking marketing spend, leads, meetings, commitments, and funded capital by acquisition source. Analyze campaign performance and recommend which initiatives to scale, optimize, or discontinue. Use AI-powered data analysis to evaluate copy variations and email subject lines before launching campaigns or allocating advertising budgets. Collaborate with leadership to develop performance scorecards, source candidates, screen applicants, and onboard an offshore Investor Development Representative (IDR) to support lead qualification. Requirements The ideal candidate combines senior-level digital marketing experience with strong technical HubSpot administration skills, excellent financial copywriting abilities, and a practical, daily approach to using AI tools. This expertise must be demonstrable through a practical exercise. Native-level written English proficiency, with a strong track record in direct-response copywriting and executive ghostwriting for financial audiences. Daily hands-on experience using generative AI platforms such as Claude and ChatGPT for research, content creation, data analysis, and process automation. Practical AI skills will be verified during screening. Working knowledge of US securities marketing requirements, including Rule 506(c) accredited-investor guidelines and the distinction between educational marketing and active solicitation.
