Voor de opening van ons nieuwe restaurant bij Kinepolis Antwerpen, voorzien midden december, zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste en ervaren Restaurant Manager die klaar is om een nieuw team op te bouwen en van deze opening een succes te maken.

Bij Hawaiian Poké Bowl draait alles om verse poké bowls, positieve energie en natuurlijk onze Aloha spirit. En jij? Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze gasten én collega's die spirit elke dag ervaren!

Wat ga je doen?

Als Assistant Manager ben jij de rechterhand van de Restaurant Manager. Je houdt het overzicht, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Je bent een echte hands-on leider die graag op de werkvloer staat en het goede voorbeeld geeft.

  • Je speelt een actieve rol bij de opening van ons nieuwe restaurant en helpt mee om een sterke start te garanderen.
  • Je bent 70 tot 80% van je werktijd operationeel actief op de werkvloer, waar je samen met je team zorgt voor een vlotte service en een uitstekende gastbeleving.
  • Je ondersteunt de Restaurant Manager bij de dagelijkse operationele werking van het restaurant.
  • Je coacht, motiveert en begeleidt het team om samen de beste resultaten te behalen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het beheer van voorraad, bestellingen, personeelsplanning en KPI's.
  • Je zorgt voor een uitstekende gastbeleving en handelt eventuele klachten professioneel af.
  • Je bewaakt onze kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en hygiënestandaarden (HACCP).
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en helpt het restaurant naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
  • Je steekt zelf graag de handen uit de mouwen en ondersteunt je team waar nodig.

Jij bent een echte teamplayer met leiderschapskwaliteiten, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een flinke dosis Aloha spirit!

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in de horeca, bij voorkeur binnen een dynamische restaurantomgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen, coachen en motiveren van een team.
  • Je bent een hands-on leider die graag actief meewerkt op de werkvloer.
  • Je hebt kennis van operationele processen zoals planning, voorraadbeheer en KPI's.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met de HACCP-richtlijnen en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent gastvrij, oplossingsgericht en weet ook tijdens drukke momenten het overzicht te bewaren.
  • Je neemt initiatief, durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je bent flexibel beschikbaar, ook tijdens avonden en weekenden.
  • Je bent bereid om tijdens je inwerkperiode training te volgen in andere Hawaiian-restaurants, zodat je goed voorbereid aan de opening kunt beginnen.
