Hawk Auto Group is a dynamic and rapidly growing automotive group with multiple dealership locations across Illinois. As a trusted name in the industry, we are committed to excellence in every aspect of our operations, from sales and service to customer satisfaction and community engagement. We are currently accepting applications for an experienced License and Title Clerk in our Westmont office.

MUST HAVE AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE

The right candidate must be focused, dependable, self-motivated, have excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/Responsibilities:

  • Process title and vehicle registration
  • Apply for duplicates titles
  • Checks for accuracy in paperwork and ensure all information is correct
  • Call bank for lien releases
  • Detail-orientated individual with written & oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi -task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
