Aufgaben ###

  • Verantwortung für die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von rund 16 Applikationen des Technischen Dienstes
  • Applikationsverantwortung für technische Systeme wie Lifte, Gegensprechanlagen, Videoüberwachung, führerlose Transportsysteme und Gebäudesteuerungssysteme
  • Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen dem Technischen Dienst, der IT und den jeweiligen Applikationen bzw. Systemanbietern
  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen, zuverlässigen und sicheren Betriebs der betreuten Anwendungen
  • Aufnahme, Analyse und Koordination von Anforderungen aus dem Technischen Dienst
  • Koordination von Störungen, Changes, Updates und Releases gemeinsam mit internen Stellen und externen Lieferanten
  • Unterstützung bei der Integration technischer Systeme und Applikationen in die bestehende IT-Landschaft
  • Steuerung und Koordination externer Hersteller, Lieferanten und Servicepartner
  • Mitarbeit bei der Einführung, Ablösung und Weiterentwicklung technischer Applikationen und Systeme
  • Pflege der relevanten Betriebs-, System- und Applikationsdokumentationen

Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Application Management bzw. in der Betreuung von Business-Applikationen
  • Gutes Verständnis von IT-Betriebsprozessen sowie Incident-, Change- und Release-Management
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, externen Providern und Softwareherstellern
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Troubleshooting und in der strukturierten Analyse technischer Problemstellungen
  • Erfahrung mit Schnittstellen, Datenbanken und Systemintegrationen von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im IT Service Management, idealerweise im ITIL-Umfeld
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und hohe Serviceorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
