Missions ###

  • Piloter et assurer le suivi de projets de rénovation CVC de manière autonome
  • Analyser les besoins du client et les contraintes techniques liées aux installations existantes
  • Étudier les solutions techniques adaptées dans les domaines du chauffage, de la ventilation et de la climatisation
  • Participer à la préparation technique des projets et à leur planification
  • Établir les offres, estimations et propositions techniques et financières
  • Assurer le suivi des projets en veillant au respect du budget, des coûts et des délais
  • Participer activement aux réunions de chantier et de coordination avec les différents intervenants
  • Coordonner les différentes parties prenantes du projet : équipes internes, clients, mandataires et entreprises intervenant sur le chantier
  • Suivre l'avancement des travaux et anticiper les éventuels problèmes techniques ou organisationnels
  • Identifier les écarts par rapport au planning ou au budget et mettre en place les mesures correctives nécessaires
  • Garantir une communication régulière et professionnelle avec le client pendant toute la durée du projet
  • Assurer le suivi administratif et technique des projets jusqu'à leur finalisation.

Profil ###

  • Formation professionnelle de projeteur/euse en technique du bâtiment chauffage CFC, ou formation technique jugée équivalente
  • Idéalement, formation continue ou connaissances complémentaires dans les domaines de la ventilation et/ou de la climatisation
  • Expérience professionnelle dans une fonction similaire
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projets CVC
  • Une expérience significative dans des projets de rénovation ou de transformation de bâtiments constitue un réel atout pour ce poste
  • Très bonne compréhension technique des installations de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation
  • Capacité à gérer simultanément les aspects techniques, financiers, organisationnels et relationnels d'un projet
  • Bonne maîtrise du suivi des coûts, des délais et de la planification
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre des décisions dans le cadre de projets complexes
