Aufgaben ###

  • Verantwortliche Koordination der Piping-Construction-Aktivitäten auf der Baustelle
  • Steuerung und Führung der ausführenden Rohrleitungsbauunternehmen und Nachunternehmer
  • Überwachung des täglichen Montagefortschritts und Abstimmung der Prioritäten
  • Prüfung der Ausführung anhand von P&IDs, Isometrien, Spezifikationen und Planungsunterlagen
  • Koordination technischer und räumlicher Schnittstellen mit angrenzenden Gewerken
  • Identifikation und Beseitigung von Behinderungen im Montageablauf
  • Überwachung von Qualität, Terminen und vertragsgemäßer Ausführung
  • Koordination und konsequente Nachverfolgung von Punch Points und Restarbeiten
  • Unterstützung bei Mechanical Completion, Systemübergaben und Abschlussarbeiten
  • Dokumentation und Koordination von Änderungen, Abweichungen, Regieleistungen und Site Instructions

Profil ###

  • Einschlägige Erfahrung im industriellen Rohrleitungs- und Anlagenbau
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung als Construction Manager, Site Manager, Supervisor Piping oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Rohrleitungsmontage, P&IDs und Isometrien
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Koordination von Montageunternehmen
  • Erfahrung mit Mechanical Completion, Punch Management und Systemübergaben
  • Erfahrung im Pharma-, Chemie- oder Prozessanlagenbau wünschenswert
  • Hohe Baustellenpräsenz sowie selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Durchsetzungsvermögen und Fähigkeit, mehrere ausführende Parteien und Schnittstellen effizient zu koordinieren
