  • Im Rahmen der weiteren Expansion suchen wir eine unternehmerische Führungspersönlichkeit für die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung der Gruppe.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Gesamtverantwortung für mehrere Gesellschaften innerhalb der Gruppe, inklusive Ergebnisverantwortung (P\&L) sowie Führung der lokalen Geschäftsleitungen
  • Weiterentwicklung der Organisation und Schaffung gemeinsamer Standards, Prozesse und zentraler Dienstleistungen bei gleichzeitiger Wahrung regionaler Stärken
  • Ausbau des Dienstleistungsangebots entlang des Gebäudelebenszyklus und Förderung von Synergien zwischen den verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen
  • Steuerung von Transformations\- und Digitalisierungsinitiativen zur Optimierung von Serviceprozessen, Einsatzplanung und operativen Abläufen
  • Verantwortung für die Identifikation, Bewertung und Integration neuer Unternehmen im Rahmen der Wachstumsstrategie
  • Pflege und Ausbau von Beziehungen zu Schlüsselkunden, Geschäftspartnern sowie relevanten Marktakteuren
  • Repräsentation der Unternehmensgruppe gegenüber Mitarbeitenden, Kunden und externen Stakeholdern

Profil

  • Führungserfahrung in der Gebäudetechnik, im Facility Management, im Ausbaugewerbe oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Dienstleistungsumfeld
  • Nachweisbare Verantwortung für Umsatz, Ergebnis und die erfolgreiche Führung mehrerer Standorte oder Geschäftseinheiten
  • Unternehmerische Denkweise mit ausgeprägtem Gestaltungswillen und hoher Umsetzungsstärke
  • Erfahrung in Veränderungsprozessen, Organisationsentwicklung sowie der Integration von Teams oder Unternehmen
  • Gutes Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse von Immobilieneigentümern, Verwaltungen und gewerblichen Kunden
  • Kommunikative, überzeugende und bodenständige Persönlichkeit mit hoher Glaubwürdigkeit auf allen Ebenen
  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau, weitere Landessprachen sind von Vorteil
