Responsibilities ###

  • Review manufacturing and quality documentation to ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Perform documentation reviews and support product release activities
  • Ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and ALCOA principles
  • Support manufacturing operations by providing Quality Assurance oversight and guidance
  • Identify, investigate, and escalate documentation discrepancies and quality-related issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Operations, and Quality
  • Contribute to inspection and audit readiness activities
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Management System

Profile ###

  • Bachelor's degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent qualification in Life Sciences, Engineering, Quality, or a related field
  • Experience in Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Biotechnology, or another highly regulated industry
  • Hands-on experience with documentation review and product release activities
  • Strong understanding of GDP (Good Documentation Practices) and ALCOA principles
  • Experience supporting manufacturing operations in a regulated environment
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and compliance requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
  • Fluent English and good German language skills
