Stellenbeschreibung

  • Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs einer umfangreichen und geschäftskritischen IT\-Infrastruktur sowie Bearbeitung komplexer Incidents und Problemstellungen auf L3\-Level
  • Administration und Troubleshooting in einem breiten Technologieumfeld, unter anderem mit VMware, Nutanix, Cisco UCS, Citrix und Commvault
  • Technische Mitarbeit in globalen Infrastruktur\- und Technologieprojekten sowie Einbringen der eigenen Expertise bei Design\- und Technologieentscheidungen
  • Analyse und Priorisierung kritischer Incidents in einem dynamischen Operations\-Umfeld sowie aktive Mitarbeit im Pikett\-/On\-Call\-Betrieb
  • Unterstützung bei Automatisierungs\- und zukünftigen AI\-Themen, beispielsweise durch PowerShell oder , sowie kontinuierliche Einarbeitung in neue Technologien

Profil

  • Erfahrung im Betrieb komplexer IT\-Infrastrukturen, idealerweise innerhalb einer grösseren Enterprise\-Umgebung, mit fundierten L3\-Kenntnissen
  • Breites technisches Know\-how in mehreren Infrastrukturtechnologien, insbesondere VMware, Cisco UCS, Citrix, Commvault sowie weiteren Storage\- und Datacenter\-Technologien
  • Erfahrung mit ITIL\-Prozessen sowie idealerweise mit regulierten bzw. validierten Umgebungen wie GxP, SOX oder IQ/OQ/PQ
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, auch bei mehreren parallelen Themen die richtigen Prioritäten zu setzen
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil (Die Bereitschaft, Deutsch zu lernen, wird begrüsst)
