Over de organisatie

Voor onze klant gelegen regio Wommelgem zoekt Hays Antwerpen een aankoop assistent. Je komt terecht bij een snelgroeiende en standvastige speler in de retailsector met een uitgebreid netwerk van filialen wereldwijd. Ze hebben meerdere vestigingen in België en er heerst hier een open en vlakke werkcultuur.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als aankoop assistent ondersteun je de category manager en sta je in voor:

  • Beheer en update van artikelbestand
  • Dagelijkse communicatie met leveranciers en winkels
  • Administratieve opvolging van producten
  • Ondersteuning bij aankopen en acties
  • Opvolgen van promoties, folders en publiciteit
  • Aanspreekpunt voor SAP, kassasysteem en aftersales
  • Opmaken van rapporten en documentatie
  • Samenwerken met leveranciers en interne teams
  • Meedenken over procesverbeteringen

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor bedrijfskunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring op een aankoopdienst of commerciële afdeling
  • Ervaring binnen retail is een meerwaarde
  • Goede kennis MS Office + liefst ook SAP
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans
  • Je bent analytisch, administratief sterk en bent communicatief
  • Je bent stressbestendig, teamplayer en bent hands-on
