Hays is voor een internationale en innovatieve productieomgeving in het Waasland op zoek naar een Aankoop Manager. Op de vestiging in het Waasland werken meer dan 350 medewerkers in een moderne omgeving waar kantooractiviteiten, productie en logistiek nauw met elkaar verbonden zijn.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Aankoop Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken en realiseren van de aankoopstrategie voor meerdere sites. Je combineert strategische aankoop met people management en hebt een belangrijke rol in het optimaliseren van processen en samenwerking.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van aankoopstrategieën die bijdragen aan de bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
  • Coördineren van het volledige aankoopbeleid voor de verschillende productiesites.
  • Onderhandelen van contracten, prijsafspraken en voorwaarden met leveranciers.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame leveranciersrelaties.
  • Evalueren van leveranciers op vlak van kwaliteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid en kostenefficiëntie.
  • Opvolgen van marktontwikkelingen, risico's en geopolitieke evoluties om de continuïteit van de toeleveringsketen te waarborgen.
  • Coachen, begeleiden en verder ontwikkelen van aankoopteams verspreid over meerdere locaties.
  • Stimuleren van een performante teamwerking door duidelijke doelstellingen, feedback en change management.
  • Je geeft leiding aan teams verspreid over verschillende locaties en bent daarom gemiddeld één keer per twee weken aanwezig op een andere vestiging.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen een strategische aankoopfunctie.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring als leidinggevende of coach van een team
  • Goede kennis van aankoopstrategieën, leveranciersmanagement en contractonderhandelingen.
  • Talenkennis: Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
  • IT-kennis: Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel.
  • Je bent hands-on, pragmatisch en resultaatgericht. Je weet mensen mee te nemen in verandering en combineert een professionele aanpak met een toegankelijke communicatiestijl.
