Over de organisatie Onze klant is een stabiele en professionele organisatie in Brussel met een internationale context. Als Accountant A-Z krijg je een brede verantwoordelijkheid binnen Finance en werk je nauw samen met interne stakeholders en externe partners.

Jouw nieuwe functie Als Accountant A-Z ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en volledige boekhouding en neem je een brede rol op binnen Finance. Je volgt de dagelijkse boekhoudkundige verrichtingen op en behandelt onder andere facturen, creditnota's, reconciliaties en correctieboekingen. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de geautomatiseerde processen en grijpt in wanneer afwijkingen of uitzonderingen zich voordoen.Daarnaast sta je in voor de opvolging van de thesaurie en betalingsstromen. Je bewaakt de kaspositie, plant betalingen en onderhoudt de contacten met de banken. Je werkt ook mee aan het jaarlijkse budgetproces en volgt samen met de budgetverantwoordelijken de budgetten en eventuele afwijkingen op. Je verzorgt mee de financiële rapportering en analyses en zorgt ervoor dat het management over betrouwbare en duidelijke financiële informatie beschikt. Ook het opvolgen van openstaande vorderingen en het incassoproces behoort tot je verantwoordelijkheden. Verder bereid je de jaarafsluiting en audit voor en ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor de externe bedrijfsrevisor en andere financiële partners. Je volgt daarnaast de boekhoudkundige en fiscale verplichtingen op.Tot slot denk je actief mee over de verdere optimalisatie van Finance. Je ziet waar processen efficiënter kunnen en draagt bij aan meer geautomatiseerde en gestroomlijnde werkwijzen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen accountancy of finance.
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van algemene boekhouding en financiële processen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en analytisch.
  • Je bent sterk in organisatie en communicatie en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op.
  • Kennis van Belgische fiscaliteit en ervaring met treasury of procesoptimalisatie zijn een plus.
