Start je carrière als Commercieel Adviseur Bank in Deerlijk met een intensief opleidingstraject van 5 à 6 weken en concrete doorgroeikansen richting beleggingen. Je verdient €2.600 - €3.000 bruto per maand, aangevuld met onder andere €10 maaltijdcheques, verzekeringen en een bonus. Je adviseert particuliere klanten en bouwt stap voor stap financiële expertise op. Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw commerciële drive en leergierigheid geven de doorslag.

Ter uitbreiding van het team zoekt Hays Bank & Verzekeringen voor hen een Commercieel Adviseur Bank met drive en zin om te leren, je hoeft dus nog geen expert te zijn.

Jouw nieuwe functieAls Commercieel Adviseur Bank begeleid je particuliere klanten vanuit een brede 360°-aanpak. Je luistert naar hun behoeften, geeft zelf advies waar mogelijk en schakelt specialisten in wanneer nodig.

  • Bouw brede financiële expertise op door particuliere klanten te adviseren over dagelijks bankieren, kredieten, verzekeringen en instapbeleggingen.
  • Werk volledig op afspraak via fysieke gesprekken, telefoon of Teams.
  • Bouw duurzame klantenrelaties uit door proactief in te spelen op leads en relevante commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Werk nauw samen met financiële specialisten en herken opportuniteiten waarmee je klanten gericht naar de juiste expertise begeleidt.
  • Groei door naar een expertrol in Beleggingen.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Starter of een eerste korte ervaring binnen banking. Kennis kan je leren. Motivatie, inzet en de wil om vooruit te gaan zijn voor dit kantoor minstens zo belangrijk.
  • Interesse om je verder te ontwikkelen richting beleggingen.
  • Commerciële en klantgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Discipline, drive en zin om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
