Over de organisatieAls Expediteur Luchtvracht Import kom je terecht bij een bedrijf op Brucargo actief in de logistieke sector. Je werkt 37u per week in daguren en worden onderling onder de collega's besproken zodat er steeds een optimale bezetting is.. De vestiging op Brucargo bestaat uit een 35tal personen waarbij een goede werksfeer centraal staat. Het importteam bestaat uit 3 personen dat nauw samenwerken. Aangezien ze regelmatig met elkaar schakelen is werken op kantoor de voorkeur. Echter is er de mogelijkheid om te kiezen voor 1 dag thuiswerk per week.

Jouw nieuwe functie Als Expediteur Luchtvracht Import ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige operationele opvolging van internationale luchtvrachtzendingen die in België aankomen. Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor klanten, luchtvaartmaatschappijen, transporteurs en douanepartners en zorgt ervoor dat alle zendingen tijdig, correct en volgens de geldende procedures worden afgehandeld. Je beheert jouw dossiers van A tot Z en staat garant voor een efficiënte en klantgerichte dienstverlening.Zo ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van importzendingen via luchtvracht vanaf aankomst tot levering bij de eindklant
  • Verwerken van aankomstmeldingen (arrival notices) en transportdocumenten.
  • Organiseren van transporten en leveringen in samenwerking met transporteurs en warehouses.
  • Opvolgen van leveringsbewijzen (Proof of Delivery).
  • Voorbereiden en controleren van douanedocumentatie in samenwerking met de douaneafdeling.
  • Communiceren met klanten, luchtvaartmaatschappijen, agenten en andere logistieke partners.
  • Monitoren van onregelmatigheden zoals beschadigingen, tekorten of vertragingen en nemen van de nodige corrigerende acties.
  • Registreren en beheren van gegevens in het transportmanagementsysteem.
  • Facturatievoorbereiding en controle van operationele kosten.
  • Actief bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen en het behalen van KPI's.
  • Waarborgen van naleving van interne procedures, veiligheidsvoorschriften en internationale transportregelgeving.

Jouw profielVoor de functie van Expediteur Luchtvracht Import is Hays op zoek naar iemand die idealiter beantwoordt aan onderstaande criteria

  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Je beschikt over een eerste relevante werkervaring als expediteur luchtvracht (import)
  • Gemotiveerde schoolverlaters met een bachelordiploma (Logistiek Management) komen ook in aanmerking!
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kunt zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook iemand die goed kan samenwerken in een dynamisch team
  • Je bent flexibel en hebt geen 9-to-5 mentaliteit
