Binnen deze functie als Financieel Administratief Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor een tijdige, correcte en conforme verwerking van de Accounts Receivable-processen. Je beheert cashallocaties en bankverrichtingen, volgt contracten en facturen op, voert maandelijkse reconciliaties uit en stelt de nodige rapporteringen op. Daarnaast bewaak je de kwaliteit van de portefeuille, zorg je ervoor dat alle activiteiten voldoen aan de geldende procedures en ondersteun je audits en maandafsluitingen.

Je werkt nauw samen stakeholders om vragen efficiënt op te volgen en achterstallige betalingen te beheren. Tegelijk draag je actief bij aan procesverbeteringen, een efficiënter gebruik van systemen en de uitwisseling van best practices. Door ondersteuning en opleiding te bieden aan dealers en klanten en een vlotte communicatie met alle betrokken partijen te onderhouden, draag je bij aan een hoog serviceniveau en een sterke samenwerking.

  • Bachelor of Master in finance/accounting/business management
  • Eerste relevante ervaring binnen finance is een pluspunt
  • Zeer goede kennis NL - ENG, goede kennis FR
  • Kunnen werken met MS-Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Stressbestendig, nauwkeurig, leergierig, analytisch
