Over de organisatieVoor een familiale groothandel zijn wij op zoek naar een Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ter versterking van het team in regio Beerse. Je komt terecht in een klein en hecht team waar korte communicatielijnen, klantgerichtheid en een hands-on mentaliteit centraal staan. De organisatie richt zich voornamelijk op professionele installateurs en combineert technisch advies met een uitstekende service

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten aan de balie, telefonisch en via mail. Je combineert klantencontact met offertebeheer, orderverwerking en administratieve opvolging. Dankzij jouw commerciële feeling en klantgerichte aanpak zorg je ervoor dat klanten snel en professioneel geholpen worden. Takenpakket:

  • Ontvangen en adviseren van klanten aan de balie.
  • Verwerken van bestellingen en verkopen.
  • Beantwoorden van klantvragen via telefoon en e-mail.
  • Opmaken, versturen en opvolgen van offertes.
  • Actief inspelen op commerciële opportuniteiten bij bestaande klanten.
  • Informeren van klanten over leveringen en bestellingen.
  • Verwerken van klant- en ordergegevens in het systeem.
  • Verzenden van promoties en commerciële mailings.
  • Samenwerken met collega's van magazijn, administratie en verkoop.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over enkele jaren ervaring binnen een commerciële binnendienst, customer service, baliefunctie of technische administratie.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld zonder een uitgesproken salesprofiel te moeten zijn.
  • Ervaring binnen sanitair, HVAC, bouwmaterialen of een andere technische sector is een pluspunt.
  • Technische affiniteit is belangrijker dan specifieke productkennis.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en administratief georganiseerd.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en proactief.
  • Je neemt initiatief en volgt dossiers zelfstandig op.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer die verantwoordelijkheid opneemt.
