Jouw werkgeverVoor een internationale speler actief binnen een technische productieomgeving in de regio Zwijndrecht is Hays op zoek naar een Operations Planner. Je komt terecht in een professionele en internationale werkomgeving waar verschillende afdelingen nauw samenwerken en waar kwaliteit, planning en betrouwbaarheid centraal staan.

Jouw functieAls Operations Planner vorm je een belangrijke schakel tussen productie, supply chain en de commerciële organisatie. Je vertaalt klantorders en forecasts naar een haalbare productieplanning en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste grondstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen tijdig beschikbaar zijn.Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen, waaronder Productie, Sales, Customer Service, Aankoop en Quality.Concreet sta je in voor:

  • Het opstellen van productieplanningen op basis van klantorders, forecasts, voorraadniveaus en productiecapaciteit.
  • Het aanmaken van productieorders en batches en het afstemmen hiervan met Productie.
  • Het opvolgen van forecasts en de uitvoering van de productieplanning.
  • Het signaleren van afwijkingen en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Het bewaken van de voorraad van afgewerkte producten, grondstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen.
  • Het helpen voorkomen van zowel out-of-stock als overstock.
  • Het opvolgen van verouderde of niet-conforme voorraden.
  • Het ondersteunen bij de introductie van nieuwe materialen en de uitfasering van bestaande materialen.
  • Het onderhouden van plannings- en materiaalgegevens in SAP.
  • Het mee optimaliseren van processen, procedures en voorraadbeheer.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding, bij voorkeur binnen logistiek, supply chain, bedrijfskunde of een gelijkaardige richting, of je bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen planning, productie of supply chain.
  • Ervaring met SAP is een must.
  • Je werkt analytisch en nauwkeurig en kan goed omgaan met veranderende prioriteiten.
  • Je bent proactief, oplossingsgericht en durft mogelijke problemen of afwijkingen tijdig aan te kaarten.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met verschillende interne afdelingen.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels.
  • Kennis van Frans en/of Duits is een pluspunt.
