Over de organisatieDit bedrijf is een specialist binnen de totaalrenovatie. Ze zijn uitgegroeid van een kleine aannemer tot een gevestigde waarde binnen high-end en middensegment projecten, voornamelijk aan de kust. Het bedrijf telt een 30-tal medewerkers, waaronder een ervaren ploeg arbeiders en een team van interieurarchitecten en technische profielen. Ze realiseren projecten van ontwerp tot oplevering en hanteren daarbij een aanpak waarbij de klant één centraal aanspreekpunt heeft.

Jouw nieuwe functie Als planner - werfcoördinator werk je nauw met de zaakvoerder die mee instaat voor de projectopvolging. Je combineert werfopvolging met administratie en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen arbeiders, magazijn en leiding. Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Voorbereiden van werven: planning afstemmen, materiaal voorzien via magazijn, vergunningen regelen…
  • Ter plaatste gaan om werfcontroles uit te voeren en bijsturen van de planning in functie van prioriteiten en leveringen
  • Opstellen van werkbonnen en werfverslagen
  • Ondersteunen bij de opvolging van onderaannemers
  • Rapporteren aan de zaakvoerder en meedenken over optimalisaties

Jouw profielJe hebt ervaring met high-end interieur- en afwerkingsprojecten.Je herkent jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Technische vooropleiding (bachelor bouw/interieur) en kennis van totaalprojecten
  • Praktisch inzicht en organisatorisch vermogen
  • Ervaring met werfopvolging of coördinatie is een plus
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en teamgerichte houding
  • Flexibel en stressbestendig, je kan snel schakelen
  • Administratief nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Proactief en oplossingsgericht ingesteld
