Over de organisatie

Voor een familiale en sterk technisch georiënteerde KMO in regio Aartselaar zijn we op zoek naar een Project Engineer die techniek en klantcontact graag combineert.De organisatie is actief binnen industriële service en technische installaties. Naast nieuwe installaties ligt een sterke focus op service, onderhoud, herstellingen en modernisaties.Je komt terecht in een horizontale organisatie met korte communicatielijnen, maar waar groei centraal staat!

Jouw nieuwe functie

In deze functie vorm je de schakel tussen klant en uitvoering. Je zal veel op de baan zijn, maar op kantoor om alles verder uit te werken.

  • Je bespreekt technische vragen en projecten rechtstreeks met klanten.
  • Je gaat ter plaatse om de technische situatie en behoeften correct in kaart te brengen.
  • Samen met de techniekers bepaal je welke oplossing technisch het meest geschikt is.
  • Je maakt calculaties en offertes op en volgt deze commercieel op bij de klant.
  • Na goedkeuring begeleid je het project van voorbereiding tot oplevering.
  • Je bewaakt de kosten en verzorgt ook de nacalculatie.
  • Je volgt interventies en technische problemen op en springt indien nodig zelf mee ter plaatse.
  • Je ondersteunt techniekers bij complexere technische vraagstukken.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met klanten en leveranciers en zorgt voor een vlotte afstemming tussen alle betrokken partijen.
  • Je werkt met een CRM-systeem voor onder andere offertes en projectopvolging.

Jouw profiel

Voor deze functie kijken we vooral naar je technische bagage en persoonlijkheid, niet uitsluitend naar je diploma.

  • Je hebt een sterke elektrische achtergrond, aangevuld met een goede basiskennis mechanica.
  • Je kunt elektrische schema's van machines lezen en interpreteren.
  • Kennis van elektromotoren, rolbruggen, takels, rollenbanen of industriële machines is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een aantal jaren ervaring als technieker, servicetechnieker of in een technisch ondersteunende functie.
  • Ervaring met projectbegeleiding, calculatie of offertes is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en voelt je comfortabel in rechtstreeks klantencontact.
  • Je kunt zowel luisteren naar een technische klant als duidelijk overleggen met techniekers.
  • Je hebt een commerciële feeling zonder een pure verkoper te zijn.
  • Je werkt vlot met computerprogramma's en leert nieuwe systemen snel aan.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis Engels. Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt geen hoogtevrees en voelt je thuis in industriële omgevingen.
