Over de organisatieDeze gespecialiseerde aannemer staat voor een open en familiale cultuur en maakt tegelijk deel uit van een sterke bouwgroepering. Ze zijn gespecialiseerd in de restauratie en renovatie van historische gebouwen. Met een sterke focus op vakmanschap en maatwerk realiseren ze projecten voor zowel openbare als private opdrachtgevers. Hun werven situeren zich in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen.

Jouw nieuwe functie Als projectleider restauratie en maatschrijnwerk volg je restauratie- en renovatieprojecten op met een sterke focus op historisch schrijnwerk. Je brengt atelier, werf, architect en opdrachtgever samen en zorgt voor een vlotte uitvoering van restauraties, reconstructies en nieuw maatwerk.

  • Je bestudeert technische dossiers en werkt oplossingen uit rond materialen, beglazing en uitvoering.
  • Je zorgt voor een goede voorbereiding en opstart van de werken.
  • Je volgt budgetten op, vraagt offertes aan en onderhandelt met leveranciers.
  • Je stemt de planning van het atelier af op de planning van de verschillende projecten.
  • Je coördineert plaatsingen, transporten en eventuele nevenaannemers.
  • Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werf voor opvolging en afstemming met de verschillende betrokken partijen.
  • Wekelijks heb je overleg met de directie over de lopende projecten en de pipeline.

Jouw profielVoor de rol als projectleider zijn we op zoek naar iemand die:

  • Idealiter beschikt over een bachelor bouw of hout. Ervaring binnen houten schrijnwerk als projectleider of atelierverantwoordelijke is een grote plus.
  • Bestekken, plannen en productietekeningen vlot kan interpreteren. Kennis Autocad is hiervoor mooi meegenomen.
  • Technisch inzicht combineert met organisatorische vaardigheden en budgetbeheer.
  • Communicatief sterk is en vlot schakelt tussen klanten, architecten, leveranciers en uitvoerende partijen.
