Over de organisatie Onze klant is een stabiele en internationaal actieve productieonderneming in Oost-Vlaanderen. Kwaliteit, veiligheid en continue verbetering staan centraal binnen de organisatie. Ter versterking van het kwaliteitsteam, is Hays Life Sciences, op zoek naar een kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Quality Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige kwaliteitsbeleid binnen de organisatie. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van producten en processen en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteitsstandaarden op een uniforme manier worden toegepast binnen de productieomgeving. Daarnaast volg je klantklachten, afwijkingen en audits op, analyseer je de onderliggende oorzaken en stuur je corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen aan. Vanuit jouw rol neem je het voortouw in continue verbetertrajecten en werk je nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen om kwaliteit, veiligheid en operationele efficiëntie verder te optimaliseren. Je rapporteert over de resultaten, uitdagingen en verbeteracties aan het management.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een wetenschappelijk diploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende kwaliteitsfunctie binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring met kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen, audits en kwaliteitsmethodieken.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, hands-on en gedreven door continue verbetering.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen.
