Over de organisatieVoor een groeiend verzekeringskantoor in regio Antwerpen zijn we op zoek naar een Relatiebeheerder Verzekeringen. Je komt terecht in een moderne en ondernemende omgeving waar klantgerichtheid, vertrouwen en samenwerking centraal staan. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een persoonlijke dienstverlening en bouw je mee aan langdurige klantenrelaties.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Relatiebeheerder Verzekeringen ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen rond hun verzekeringen. Je luistert naar hun behoeften, geeft professioneel advies en zoekt steeds naar de meest geschikte oplossing. Dankzij jouw persoonlijke aanpak bouw je een vertrouwensband op en zorg je ervoor dat klanten zich goed begeleid voelen.Je beheert een eigen portefeuille en staat in voor het volledige administratieve beheer van verzekeringsdossiers. Je maakt offertes op, verwerkt polisaanpassingen en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van de verschillende dossiers. Daarnaast begeleid je klanten bij schadegevallen en volg je schadedossiers nauwkeurig op. Je denkt mee met de klant, houdt rekening met veranderingen in hun situatie en signaleert opportuniteiten waar nodig. Hiervoor werk je nauw samen met collega's binnen het kantoor. Je blijft bovendien op de hoogte van ontwikkelingen binnen de verzekeringssector en volgt opleidingen om je kennis verder uit te bouwen.

  • Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring binnen de verzekeringssector
  • Klantgericht en relationeel sterk
  • Zelfstandig, proactief en verantwoordelijk
  • Commerciële feeling en oog voor opportuniteiten
  • Teamspeler die graag samenwerkt met collega's
