Over de organisatie Hays is als wervings- en selectiekantoor op zoek naar een Sales Automation Engineer voor een klant die gespecialiseerd is in het ontwikkelen van machines en automatisatieservices.

Jouw nieuwe functie Je werkt de commerciële en strategische toekomstvisie van de afdeling verder uit. Door actieve prospectie vergroot je het marktaandeel. Prospectie schrikt jou niet af. Je stelt offertes op en volgt deze commercieel op van het eerste contact tot de ondertekening van het contract. Ook na verkoop blijf je nauw betrokken bij de voortgang van het project en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je volgt markttrends en concurrentieontwikkelingen om nieuwe opportuniteiten te detecteren. Tot slot werk je nauw samen met je collega's om een vlotte uitvoering te garanderen.

Jouw profiel Hays zoekt iemand met een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting en met ervaring als automation engineer in een gelijkaardige sector. Je bent een communicatief persoon die klanten technisch advies kan geven en je staat te popelen om actief te prospecteren.
