Over de organisatie

Voor een goede klant in Mechelen kijken we momenteel uit naar een Sales Support Officer. Je komt terecht in een bedrijf dat volop in beweging is, maar tegelijk een heel familiaal karakter heeft. Wat deze werkgever typeert, is de combinatie van een professionele omgeving met een heel toegankelijke sfeer waar iedereen elkaar kent.Jouw nieuwe functie Als Sales Support Officer ondersteun je een team van accountmanagers en zorg je voor de administratieve en commerciële opvolging:

  • Je zorgt voor de opvolging van promoties en acties.
  • Je volgt de promotiekalender op en zorgt dat alle acties correct en tijdig worden ingegeven, inclusief de nodige productinformatie en visuals.
  • Je helpt mee met het budgetbeheer van promoties: je houdt overzicht tussen afgesproken kortingen, verwachte kosten en de uiteindelijke facturatie.
  • Bij nieuwe lanceringen stel je de nodige artikelinformatie en productfiches op.
  • Je houdt klantgegevens en commerciële informatie up-to-date in de verschillende systemen.
  • Je onderhoudt per mail en telefoon contact met klanten en volgt commerciële afspraken administratief op.
  • Je stemt de praktische uitvoering af met de betrokken interne afdelingen en met je leidinggevende.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelordiploma of hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen sales support, customer service of commerciële administratie.
  • Je hebt een ervaring met een ERP-systeem; kennis van Excel is mooi meegenomen en kan verder worden aangeleerd.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands en vlot Frans.
  • Je bent communicatief, open en assertief en staat stevig in je schoenen.
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen en durft je grenzen aan te geven wanneer nodig.
  • Je bent flexibel, collegiaal en werkt graag in een toegankelijke, no-nonsense omgeving.
