Jouw nieuwe functie Als Senior Accountmanager Verzekeringen krijg je de kans om jouw eigen business verder uit te bouwen binnen een sterk groeiende en mensgerichte organisatie.

  • Je beheert en ontwikkelt jouw eigen klantenportefeuille binnen de ondernemingsmarkt
  • Je adviseert bedrijven strategisch rond risicobeheer en verzekeringsoplossingen
  • Je bouwt sterke langetermijnrelaties en wordt een vertrouwde sparringpartner voor je klanten
  • Je werkt nauw samen met andere partners
  • Je focust op advies en groei, terwijl het operationele beheer grotendeels wordt ondersteund
  • Je neemt actief deel aan het partnershipmodel en draagt mee ondernemersverantwoordelijkheid

De rol kan opgenomen worden in loondienst of als zelfstandig partner, afhankelijk van jouw voorkeur en profiel.

Jouw profiel

We zoeken meerdere ervaren profielen die zich herkennen in onderstaande:

  • Je hebt uitgebreide ervaring binnen de verzekeringssector (makelaar, accountmanager corporate…)
  • Je beschikt over een sterke bestaande klantenportefeuille en netwerk binnen ondernemingen
  • Je hebt een uitgesproken commerciële mindset en weet opportuniteiten te detecteren en te verzilveren
  • Je bent een teamplayer met een warm, mensgericht leiderschap en respect voor collega's
  • Je hebt diepgaande kennis binnen één of meerdere verzekeringsdomeinen
  • Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar autonomie, samenwerking en ondernemersschap centraal staan
