Dit bedrijf in Zaventem is een internationale marktleider in elektrische en digitale infrastructuuroplossingen. Vanuit de vestiging in Zaventem ondersteun je de snelgroeiende divisie Data Centers. Je komt terecht in een team van ongeveer 15 medewerkers waar opleiding, samenwerking en doorgroeimogelijkheden centraal staan.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Technical Inside Sales maak je deel uit van het technische pre-sales team van een internationale marktleider. In deze functie combineer je technische expertise met klantencontact en denk je mee over oplossingen voor complexe infrastructuurprojecten binnen de snelgroeiende datacentersector.Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en sales collega's met technische vragen en ondersteunt hen bij het uitwerken van de meest geschikte oplossing. Hiervoor analyseer je klantaanvragen, technische lastenboeken en projectvereisten en vertaal je deze naar een concreet technisch voorstel.Daarnaast stel je offertes op, volg je projecten mee op en onderhoud je nauw contact met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders. Dankzij jouw analytisch inzicht weet je de behoeften van klanten correct in kaart te brengen en hen te adviseren over de beste oplossing op lange termijn.Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar techniek, klantgerichtheid en probleemoplossend denken centraal staan. Door de sterke groei van de datacenteractiviteiten krijg je bovendien de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen tot specialist binnen een innovatieve en toekomstgerichte markt.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor Elektriciteit, Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig
  • Sterke technische basis binnen elektriciteit
  • Interesse in datacenters en infrastructuur
  • Analytisch, klantgericht en communicatief
  • Goede kennis van Excel en affiniteit met ERP/CRM
  • Professionele kennis van Nederlands of Frans en goede kennis van de tweede landstaal
  • Engels is een plus
  • Zowel junior als ervaren kandidaten zijn welkom
