Onze klant is marktleider in het leveren van apparatuur voor telecom, elektriciteit, water en gas. Voor dit bedrijf zoeken we een inside sales medewerker. Je komt terecht in een hecht team met veel opleidingsmogelijkheden en collega's die je ondersteunen.

Jouw nieuwe functie

  • Je werkt offertes uit op vraag van de key accountmanagers en stemt prijzen, marges en leveringskosten met hen af.
  • Na goedkeuring van de offerte bezorg je alle nodige informatie aan customer support, dat de verdere orderverwerking verzorgt.
  • Je bent het eerste telefonische aanspreekpunt voor je eigen klantenportefeuille en adviseert installateurs en projectleiders over geschikte producten en oplossingen.
  • Je houdt klant- en prospectfiches up-to-date en verwerkt gegevens en algemene administratie in SAP.
  • Wanneer producten niet op voorraad zijn, neem je contact op met leveranciers om de levertermijnen na te vragen.
  • Je luistert naar de behoeften van klanten, herkent commerciële kansen en denkt mee over passende voorstellen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt ervaring in inside sales of sales support binnen een technische omgeving.
  • Je hebt technische affiniteit en verdiept je graag in producten en oplossingen.
  • Je communiceert vlot, helpt klanten graag verder en bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties op.
  • Je denkt commercieel mee en neemt zelf initiatief om offertes telefonisch op te volgen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt in oplossingen en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende vragen.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Office. Ervaring met SAP of een ander ERP-systeem is een troef.
  • Je bent positief, flexibel en behulpzaam en werkt graag samen met collega's.
