Jouw nieuwe werkgeverVoor een gerenommeerde speler binnen de carrosseriesector zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren technisch dossierbeheerder carrosserie. Je komt terecht in een stabiel familiebedrijf met een lange geschiedenis en een sterke reputatie binnen de sector. Jouw nieuwe functie

Als technisch dossierbeheerder carrosserie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging van een schadedossier, van de eerste schadeopname tot de nacalculatie en facturatie.

  • Maak je schadebestekken op en analyseer je de schade
  • Bereid je expertises voor en volg je deze verder op
  • Verdedig en onderbouw je bestekken bij experten en leasingmaatschappijen
  • Volg je bijkomende schade tijdens demontage of herstelling op
  • Sta je in voor het bestellen van de juiste onderdelen
  • Bewaak je beschikbaarheden en levertermijnen
  • Ondersteun je de planning van de werkplaats
  • Volg je herstellingen op en zorg je ervoor dat vakmensen over de juiste informatie beschikken
  • Onderhoud je contact met klanten en geef je duidelijke uitleg over de uit te voeren herstellingen
  • Controleer je afgewerkte dossiers en voer je de nacalculatie uit
  • Facturatie

Als technisch dossierbeheerder carrosserie werk je nauw samen met de werkplaats, administratie, experten, leasingmaatschappijen en klanten. Jouw profielVoor deze functie beschik je over:

  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen de automotive- of carrosseriesector
  • Een sterke technische achtergrond en interesse in voertuigen
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een basiskennis Engels
  • Een klantgerichte en communicatieve aanpak
  • Een sterk gevoel voor ownership en verantwoordelijkheid
  • Een nauwkeurige en administratief sterke werkstijl
  • De capaciteit om meerdere dossiers tegelijk op te volgen en prioriteiten te stellen
  • Stressbestendigheid en een oplossingsgerichte mindset
  • Ervaring met UBench, Claims360 en/of PlanManager vormt een sterke troef
