Over de organisatieDit internationaal bedrijf is actief binnen de kunststofsector en ontwikkelt foliesystemen voor specifieke en technisch complexe toepassingen, onder andere voor dakbedekking en platte daken. De Belgische vestiging telt ongeveer 30-tal medewerkers.

Jouw nieuwe functie Als Technisch Medewerker Dak combineer je technische kennis met een sterke affiniteit voor de praktijk. Je ondersteunt collega's en klanten rond dakafwerking en werkt mee aan uiteenlopende technische vraagstukken.Concreet sta je onder meer in voor:

  • Technische ondersteuning rond dakprojecten en dakafdichtingen in samenwerking met (inter)nationale sales
  • Uitwerken en beheren van technische documentatie en lastenboek teksten
  • Opmaken van technische tekeningen en beheren van de bijhorende database
  • Uitvoeren van bouwtechnische berekeningen, waaronder wind-, bouwfysische en waterafvoerberekeningen
  • Ter plaatste op de werf gaan indien nodig
  • Organiseren en ondersteunen van theoretische en praktische opleidingen

Je bent gemiddeld 2 à 3 dagen per maand binnen Europa op verplaatsing. Bij de start krijg je intern de mogelijkheid om de producten, systemen en relevante technieken grondig te leren kennen.

Jouw profielVoor deze vacature zoeken we iemand die techniek graag combineert met de praktijk:

  • Je beschikt over bachelorniveau of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met de bouwsector en bij voorkeur ervaring binnen daken, dakafdichting of platte daken
  • Je hebt kennis van AutoCAD/Revit
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kan zelfstandig aan verschillende projecten werken
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en voelt je comfortabel bij werfbezoeken en het werken met materialen
  • Je bent bereid om je regelmatig binnen Europa te verplaatsen
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans en Duits zijn een surplus.
