Werving- en selectiekantoor Hays is voor een internationaal productiebedrijf met een sterke lokale verankering in West-Vlaanderen op zoek naar een nieuwe collega. Jouw nieuwe functie

In deze functie combineer je preventie en veiligheid met technische verbeterprojecten. Je draagt bij aan een veilige, betrouwbare en efficiënte productieomgeving en werkt daarbij nauw samen met productie, onderhoud en externe partners. Je taken omvatten onder meer:

  • Je brengt risico's binnen de productie en technische omgeving in kaart en vertaalt deze naar praktische verbeteracties.
  • Je onderzoekt incidenten en arbeidsongevallen en werkt samen met de betrokken teams passende vervolgmaatregelen uit.
  • Je volgt veiligheidsdocumentatie en wettelijke verplichtingen op en waakt over de correcte toepassing van procedures.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met interne en externe partners rond preventie en veiligheid en ondersteunt de werking van het preventiecomité.
  • Je neemt een actieve rol op in technische en mechanische verbeterprojecten.
  • Je werkt voorstellen uit om machines, installaties en processen betrouwbaarder, veiliger en efficiënter te maken.
  • Je begeleidt technische projecten van analyse en voorbereiding tot uitvoering en oplevering.
  • Je bewaakt de planning, uitvoering en voortgang van projecten en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je denkt proactief mee over optimalisaties op het vlak van energieverbruik, duurzaamheid en technische betrouwbaarheid.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond, bij voorkeur in mechanica, elektromechanica of een aanverwante richting, op A2-, bachelor- of masterniveau.
  • Ervaring in een technische of industriële productieomgeving is een pluspunt. Je voelt je thuis tussen machines en installaties.
  • Je bent Preventieadviseur niveau 2 of niveau 3. Heb je niveau 3, dan ben je bereid om door te groeien naar niveau 2. De opleiding wordt door het bedrijf bekostigd.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met veiligheid en preventie en kunt regelgeving vertalen naar haalbare toepassingen op de werkvloer.
  • Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en kunt problemen analyseren en meedenken over verbeteringen.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en combineert dit met een praktische, hands-on ingesteldheid.
  • Je communiceert vlot met medewerkers op de werkvloer, leidinggevenden en externe partners.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een pluspunt.
