Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Verzekeringsadviseur ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en bouw je actief aan een eigen klantenportefeuille met de focus op ondernemingen en bedrijven. De nadruk in deze rol ligt sterk op commercieel denken en handelen.Je adviseert klanten over diverse verzekeringsoplossingen en speelt proactief in op hun noden. Daarnaast ga je actief op zoek naar nieuwe opportuniteiten via prospectie en netwerking.Je volgt dossiers nauwgezet op en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking. Dankzij jouw commerciële drive slaag je erin om klantenrelaties duurzaam uit te bouwen en verder te laten groeien.Uniek aan deze rol is de flexibiliteit in statuut: je kan starten als bediende of als zelfstandige. Bovendien krijg je op termijn de kans om door te groeien naar agent, afhankelijk van jouw ambities en prestaties.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Commercieel zeer gedreven: je haalt energie uit prospectie en het uitbouwen van relaties
  • Klantgericht en communicatief sterk
  • Ondernemend, resultaatgericht en ambitieus ingesteld
