Over de organisatieOnze klant is een gespecialiseerde speler binnen de bouwsector die zich toelegt op passieve brandbeveiliging. Ze realiseren verschillende brandwerende oplossingen in gebouwen, waaronder compartimentering en brandwerende afwerking van wanden, plafonds en doorvoeringen. Door de verdere groei van de activiteiten zoeken we een werfleider die de projectleiders ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse uitvoering op de werven.

Jouw nieuwe functie Als werfleider neem je de dagelijkse coördinatie van verschillende werven voor jouw rekening.

  • Je bent regelmatig ter plaatse en zorgt ervoor dat de uitvoering organisatorisch en praktisch goed verloopt. Hiervoor werk je nauw samen met de projectleider, die de algemene verantwoordelijkheid over de projecten draagt.
  • Op de werf geef je richting aan de eigen ploegen en onderaannemers.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang van de werkzaamheden en houdt daarbij rekening met kwaliteit, veiligheid en de vooropgestelde planning.
  • Ook de praktische organisatie behoort tot jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Zo volg je onder andere op of materialen en benodigdheden beschikbaar zijn wanneer de uitvoering dit vereist.
  • Dankzij jouw aanwezigheid op de werf merk je snel wanneer er moet worden bijgestuurd. Je overlegt met de projectleider over mogelijke oplossingen, maar neemt binnen jouw verantwoordelijkheden ook zelf initiatief.

Jouw profielVoor de rol als werfleider brandwerende toepassingen zijn op zoek naar onderstaand profiel:

  • Iemand die reeds ervaring heeft opgedaan binnen de bouwsector en zich het liefst op de werf bevindt. Kennis van brandwerende toepassingen is mooi meegenomen maar vormt geen vereiste.
  • Communicatief is en op een duidelijke manier afspraken kan maken met arbeiders, onderaannemers, klanten en projectleiding. Wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt, durf je mensen aan te spreken en de uitvoering bij te sturen.
  • Zelfstandig werkt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en voldoende praktisch inzicht heeft om snel te schakelen bij onvoorziene omstandigheden.

Een hands-on mentaliteit is binnen deze functie belangrijk. Je wacht niet af tot iemand anders een probleem oppikt, maar bekijkt wat je zelf kan doen om de werkzaamheden verder te helpen.
