Hays Bank & Verzekeringen is als vaste rekruteringspartner momenteel op zoek naar diverse Zelfstandige Verzekeringsagenten in verschillende regio's. Jouw nieuwe functieAls Zelfstandig Verzekeringsagent maak je deel uit van een lokaal kantoor waar je samenwerkt met collega's en klanten uit diverse sectoren: van particulieren tot zelfstandigen, bedrijfsleiders en vrije beroepers.Je verantwoordelijkheden zijn drieledig:

  • Commercieel: Je verdiept bestaande klantrelaties en bouwt actief aan nieuwe contacten.
  • Leidinggevend: Je inspireert je team, motiveert medewerkers en bouwt een sterke interne cultuur uit.
  • Ondernemend: Je runt het kantoor als jouw eigen onderneming en vertaalt de strategie van de principaal naar een concreet jaarplan met duidelijke doelstellingen.

Dankzij het unieke distributiemodel werk je nauw samen met andere dienstverleners binnen de groep, wat zorgt voor een geïntegreerde aanpak.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Bachelor Financiën & Verzekeringen of Master (economisch/juridisch), of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • VVD-attest is een pluspunt
  • Ervaring in een commerciële en/of leidinggevende functie, of klaar om die stap te zetten
  • Ondernemersmentaliteit en bereidheid om je te engageren als zelfstandige medevennoot
  • Leergierig en open voor continue opleiding
  • Sterke netwerker en betrouwbare partner voor klanten en collega's
  • Langetermijnvisie en het vermogen om kansen in de markt te herkennen
