Description du poste

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un Manager en Comptabilité pour rejoindre notre équipe HB Fiduciaire.

En tant que Manager, vous serez responsable de la supervision de la comptabilité dun portefeuille de clients et de la gestion dune équipe de comptables (juniors et seniors). Vous serez également linterlocuteur principal de vos clients et jouerez un rôle clé dans le conseil et laccompagnement stratégique.

Vos missions principales

  • Supervision et revue de la comptabilité dun portefeuille de clients variés (PME, grandes entreprises, start-ups)
  • Revue et validation des comptes annuels et des déclarations fiscales
  • Encadrement, coaching et évaluation dune équipe de collaborateurs comptables
  • Conseil et accompagnement des clients dans les domaines comptable et fiscal
  • Développement et maintien de relations clients solides
  • Contribution à lamélioration continue des processus internes

Votre profil

  • Bac+3 / Master en comptabilité, finance ou équivalent
  • Expérience dau moins 3 - 5 ans dans une fiduciaire
  • Excellente maîtrise de la fiscalité et des normes comptables luxembourgeoises
  • Leadership, sens des responsabilités et aptitude à motiver une équipe
  • Organisé(e), autonome et orienté(e) solutions
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Bob, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Langues : français et anglais indispensables ; lallemand et/ou le luxembourgeois sont considérés comme un atout
