Were looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Holiday Travel Agent to join our growing travel team. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating unforgettable vacation experiences for clients from relaxing beach getaways to exciting holiday adventures around the world.

As a Holiday Travel Agent, you'll help clients plan, book, and enjoy their dream trips while providing exceptional service every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to understand their vacation goals and preferences.
  • Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and holiday packages.
  • Handle reservations for flights, hotels, cruises, and activities.
  • Ensure all bookings and client details are accurate and organized.
  • Provide ongoing support before, during, and after travel to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Stay current on travel trends, destination updates, and supplier promotions.

Qualifications:

  • A passion for travel and helping others plan memorable experiences.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time-management abilities.
  • Comfortable using online tools and travel platforms (training provided).
  • Previous travel industry or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
