Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Travel Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate and manage client travel arrangements virtually, ensuring every aspect of their journey is handled with care. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, a passion for travel, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and book flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages for clients.
  • Provide tailored travel recommendations based on client needs and budgets.
  • Create and manage detailed travel itineraries.
  • Ensure accuracy in booking details, confirmations, and travel documentation.
  • Provide support to clients before, during, and after their trips.
  • Stay updated on travel industry news, promotions, and destination insights.
