Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Trip Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work with clients virtually to design and coordinate travel itineraries tailored to their preferences, needs, and budgets. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, highly organized, and passionate about making travel planning simple and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients online to understand travel goals, preferences, and budgets.
  • Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities to provide tailored recommendations.
  • Create, manage, and deliver detailed itineraries with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their trips.
  • Stay informed about travel trends, promotions, and seasonal opportunities.
  • Assist with both leisure and business travel planning.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport virtually.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and reliable in managing multiple bookings.
  • Comfortable with online tools, booking systems, or eager to learn.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for travel and creating memorable experiences.
