Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and client-focused Travel Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will guide clients through the process of planning and booking their trips, offering recommendations tailored to their needs, preferences, and budgets. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a passion for travel, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their travel goals and preferences.
  • Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, flights, cruises, and activities.
  • Manage bookings, itineraries, and travel documentation.
  • Provide exceptional client support before, during, and after travel.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, travel advisories, and new offerings.
  • Build long-term client relationships through trust and service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
