Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, cruises, and excursions
  • Provide personalized travel recommendations tailored to each clients preferences and goals
  • Ensure accuracy in all bookings and handle any modifications or special requests
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, offering guidance and support before, during, and after travel
  • Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and industry updates to deliver expert advice

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service or administrative background preferred (travel industry experience a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely
  • Must be 18+ with reliable internet and a dedicated workspace
