Job Summary:
The Yoga Coach will be responsible for leading group and individual yoga classes, creating personalized yoga programs, and providing mentorship to our clients. The ideal candidate will design and lead engaging yoga sessions for individuals and groups, catering to all skill levels. You will play a vital role in promoting health, mindfulness, and fitness among our clients. Duties & Responsibilities:
A. Offline Coach Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and group yoga and meditation sessions at the designated centre (HOP an HB+ Studio), client location, or online.
- Demonstrate and guide yoga postures, breathing techniques, mobility exercises, relaxation practices, and meditation techniques with proper form.
- Modify exercises and practices based on individual requirements, limitations, and comfort levels.
- Ensure proper warm-up, cool-down, alignment, breathing, and safety throughout each session.
- Create an engaging and positive in-person experience that encourages consistency and participation.
- Observe client progress and provide relevant feedback and recommendations.
- Maintain session records, attendance, client feedback, and progress updates.
- Coordinate with other Fitness Coaches or internal teams wherever needed to provide an integrated client experience.
- Support offline fitness and wellness programmes, workshops, challenges, and other initiatives as required.
B. Online Coach Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and structured live yoga and meditation sessions through online platforms.
- Provide clear verbal and visual instructions to ensure participants can follow movements and techniques effectively.
- Adapt sessions for different client experience levels, fitness levels, and individual requirements.
- Effectively live monitor participants through the camera and provide corrections and guidance wherever possible.
- Maintain participant engagement and interaction throughout virtual sessions.
- Ensure smooth use of online platforms, session links, digital resources, and other tools required for virtual delivery.
- Maintain attendance, session records, feedback, and participant progress for online programmes.
General Responsibilities
- Stay updated with relevant yoga practices, meditation techniques, mindfulness approaches, and wellness trends.
- Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, punctuality, and ethical standards while working with clients.
- Encourage sustainable wellness habits rather than promoting unrealistic or quick-fix outcomes.
- Represent the organisation professionally across both online and offline interactions.
Skills Required:
- Experience: Fresher to 2 years of teaching yoga, preferably in a fitness or wellness setting.
- Skills: Yoga Postures, anatomy, Instructional Skills, Class Planning, Client Assessment, Flexibility, excellent communication skills, Clarity of thoughts, a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with office software (MS Office, Google Suite more importantly).
- Ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to unlearn and relearn, ability to take and give constructive feedback.
Qualification:
Candidates must have completed a certification course from a leading institution accredited by the Yoga Certification Board (YCB).

- There will be a Telephonic, Trial, Technical and Final round of interview of shortlisted candidates after the evaluation of the questionnaire.
- Selected candidates shall be intimated via mail directly by the HR Team and the orientation process will follow.
- Post intimation and dispatch of offer letters, the on-boarding process will begin.
