Missão do Cargo

Executar e revisar rotinas fiscais, garantindo a correta apuração e escrituração dos tributos municipais, estaduais e federais das empresas da carteira, observando as legislações vigentes e os prazos legais, com foco em qualidade, conformidade e atendimento ao cliente.

Principais Atividades

  • Realizar escrituração fiscal de notas fiscais de entrada, saída, serviços tomados e prestados;
  • Efetuar a apuração de tributos diretos e indiretos (ISS, ICMS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, entre outros), conforme o regime tributário da empresa;
  • Elaborar e transmitir obrigações acessórias: SPED Fiscal, SPED Contribuições, DCTF, EFD-Reinf, DIRF, GIA, SINTEGRA, entre outras;
  • Calcular e conferir retenções na fonte (INSS, IRRF, ISS, PIS, COFINS e CSLL);
  • Prestar suporte técnico e consultivo aos clientes, esclarecendo dúvidas tributárias e operacionais;
  • Acompanhar mudanças na legislação fiscal e tributária, interpretando e aplicando corretamente as atualizações;
  • Auxiliar na elaboração de planejamentos tributários e revisão de enquadramentos fiscais;
  • Apoiar nas fiscalizações e auditorias, fornecendo informações e documentos solicitados;
  • Zelar pela organização e controle de documentos fiscais, garantindo conformidade e rastreabilidade;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com os setores contábil e trabalhista para integração de informações e fechamento mensal.

Requisitos

Formação:

  • Ensino superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas;

Conhecimentos Técnicos:

  • Domínio dos regimes tributários Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido e Lucro Real;
  • Conhecimento das legislações federal, estadual e municipal aplicáveis;
  • Experiência em obrigações acessórias eletrônicas (SPEDs, DCTF, EFD-Reinf, etc.);
  • Domínio em sistemas contábeis e fiscais (ex: Domínio, Prosoft, Alterdata, SCI, entre outros);
  • Bons conhecimentos em Excel e ferramentas do Pacote Office.

Desejável:

  • Conhecimentos em planejamento tributário e interpretação de normas fiscais;
  • Experiência em atendimento a clientes de diferentes portes e segmentos.
