The posting

HBV är en inköpsfunktion som ägs av Sveriges allmännyttiga bostadsbolag och ett flertal kommuner. Verksamheten drivs utan vinstintressen och eventuellt överskott ges tillbaka till våra medlemmar. Vi genomför upphandlingar av varor och tjänster kopplade till byggnation, renovering och förvaltning av fastigheter. Med närmare 200 avtal hjälper vi dagligen våra cirka 440 medlemmar att förvalta och utveckla boendet för sina hyresgäster.

För HBV är det en självklarhet att vi delar med oss av vår kunskap och bidrar till kommande kollegors utveckling. Vi tar regelbundet emot LIA-praktikanter från YH-utbildningar med inriktning på offentligt inköp och offentlig upphandling.

Under januari—juni 2027 har vi möjlighet att ta emot en student för LIA-2.

Vi erbjuder

Vi erbjuder dig en stimulerande LIA-period med möjligheter till utveckling såväl personligt som yrkesmässigt.

Du kommer att få omsätta dina teoretiska studier i praktisk handling och få insyn i hela inköpsprocessen - från behovsanalys till genomförande, uppföljning och utvärdering. Vi går igenom hur inköp hanteras utifrån lagstiftning, tillämpning av samhällsansvar och hur hållbarhetskrav inkluderas i upphandlingsunderlag.

Du har en utsedd handledare som håller ihop LIA-programmet. Du kommer även få lära känna andra kollegor som är med och bidrar till att du får en bra LIA-period.

HBVs huvudkontor finns i attraktiva lokaler vid Globen. Här arbetar drygt 60 kollegor, varav drygt 20 tillhör inköpsavdelningen.

Vem söker vi

Vi söker dig som går en YH-utbildning inom offentligt inköp och offentlig upphandling och som nu ska ut på LIA 2.
