Konstrukteur (m/w/d, 60%)

Das Familienunternehmen HCH. KÜNDIG \& CIE. AG mit Sitz in Rüti ZH besteht seit über 150 Jahren und beschäftigt heute rund 60 Mitarbeitende. Seit 1972 werden in der Fachabteilung KÜNDIG CONTROL SYSTEMS Mess\- und Regelgeräte für die Blasfolienextrusion entwickelt und hergestellt. Dank laufend technologischem Vorsprung durch Eigenentwicklungen ist das Unternehmen zum weltweit führenden Hersteller auf diesem Gebiet aufgestiegen.

Du unterstützt unser Entwicklungsteam in der Konstruktion unserer Dicken\- und Breitenmesssysteme und bist das Bindeglied zwischen Entwicklung und Produktion in allen mechanischen Fragen. Du konstruierst Prüfmittel und Vorrichtungen, schulst die Montage und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Serienprodukte auf dem aktuellen Stand bleiben. Die Stelle eignet sich besonders für Wiedereinsteiger oder für Berufsleute, die neben der Arbeit eine Weiterbildung machen möchten.

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung als Konstrukteur EFZ, Polymechaniker EFZ oder vergleichbare technische Grundbildung
  • Erfahrung mit Autodesk Inventor und Vault wünschenswert
  • Fertigungsverständnis und Freude an praxisnaher Arbeit zwischen Büro und Werkstatt
  • Kommunikative Art: Du erklärst technische Zusammenhänge gerne auch in der ProduktionSelbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an Teamwork und agilen Methoden (Scrum)Gute Deutschkenntnisse

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung des Entwicklungsteams bei der Konstruktion unserer Dicken\- und Breitenmesssysteme
  • Konstruktion von Prüfmitteln, Lehren und Vorrichtungen für Montage und Prüfung
  • Erstellung von Montageanweisungen und Durchführung von Schulungen in der Montage
  • Pflege der Serienprodukte: Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und Änderungswesen Konstruktion
  • Ansprechperson für die Produktion bei mechanischen Fragen, Bindeglied zwischen Entwicklung und Produktion
  • Mitarbeit bei Prototypen und deren Überführung in die Serie
