Softwareentwickler C\+\+/Qt (m/w/d, 80–100%)

Das Familienunternehmen HCH. KÜNDIG \& CIE. AG mit Sitz in Rüti ZH besteht seit über 150 Jahren und beschäftigt heute rund 60 Mitarbeitende. Seit 1972 werden in der Fachabteilung KÜNDIG CONTROL SYSTEMS Mess\- und Regelgeräte für die Blasfolienextrusion entwickelt und hergestellt. Dank laufend technologischem Vorsprung durch Eigenentwicklungen ist das Unternehmen zum weltweit führenden Hersteller auf diesem Gebiet aufgestiegen.

Du entwickelst die plattformübergreifende Applikationssoftware unserer Messsysteme mit C\+\+ und Qt/QML. Schwerpunkt ist Windows auf dem Industrie\-PC, die gleiche Codebasis läuft aber auch auf unseren Embedded\-Linux\-Geräten. Von der hardwarenahen Regelung bis zur Bedienoberfläche siehst Du Deine Arbeit direkt am Gerät, und Du gestaltest mit, wohin sich unsere Produkte bewegen.

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung in Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder einer verwandten Richtung (FH, ETH, HF)
  • Sicher in C\+\+, Erfahrung in plattformübergreifender Entwicklung (Windows/Linux)
  • Erfahrung mit oder Lust auf GUI\-Entwicklung mit dem Qt/QML Framework
  • Erfahrung mit Embedded Linux, Yocto/Buildroot oder vergleichbar von Vorteil
  • KI ist für Dich kein Fremdwort: Du arbeitest mit Coding\-Assistenten, kennst ihre Stärken und Grenzen und willst mehr daraus machen
  • Maschinentechnisches Verständnis und Freude daran, wo Software auf Mechanik trifft
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe, lösungsorientierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an agilen Methoden (Scrum), an Teamwork und am Teilen von Wissen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch für Dokumentation und internationale Kontakte

Deine Aufgaben

  • Umsetzung von Anwendungslogik und Benutzeroberfläche mit C\+\+ und Qt/QML, plattformübergreifend für Windows (Industrie\-PC) und Embedded Linux
  • Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung von Softwarearchitektur und \-design
  • Durchführung von Architektur\-, Design\- und Code\-Reviews im Team sowie Erstellung automatisierter TestsPflege und Weiterentwicklung der Embedded\-Linux\-Plattform unserer Messsysteme (Build\-System, Updates, Systemintegration)
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung unserer KI\-gestützten Entwicklung: Agenten, Skills und Automatisierungen entlang unserer GitLab\-Toolchain
  • KI\-Know\-how ins Team tragen. Ideen ausprobieren, Standards mitdefinieren, andere befähigen
