· Notify applicants in writing of eligibility decisions in accordance with HUD regulations, IRS requirements, and LRHA housing program policy

· Show vacant units and give applicants information about the apartment, the community, and its amenities

· Perform or coordinate move-in, move-out, annual, and follow-up inspections, and handle minor resident complaints

· Inform residents of specific problems observed, explain the corrective action required, and document findings, actions taken, and progress

· Prepare reports, letters, forms, memos, and other correspondence, and maintain files for assigned sites

· Research and gather documentation for Property Managers and complete special projects related to housing management

· Manage reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering and routing calls, responding to questions by phone and email, and handling mail and filing

An Ideal Candidate

The ideal Assistant Asset Specialist is accurate, organized, and comfortable working with people. You know the policies and procedures that govern your work and use sound judgment in applying them. You look for solutions when problems come up, follow safety procedures, and treat residents, applicants, and coworkers as customers. You produce accurate work on time, keep a strong attendance record, and hold yourself accountable for your share of the team's work.

Required Qualifications:

· High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred

· At least three years of experience providing administrative support in property management or a similar field, such as a social service organization

· LRHA may consider an equivalent combination of education and experience

· Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and the ability to learn other software as the work requires

· A valid driver's license and insurability under LRHA's plan

· Clear communication in person, by telephone, and by email

· Ability to occasionally carry up to 25 pounds

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
