About the Role

We are looking for a Hybrid Infrastructure and Cloud Operations Specialist to provide cross-platform operational coverage across Microsoft 365 services and on-premises enterprise environments.

The role focuses on incident triage, service continuity, operational support, and coordination with specialist teams to ensure reliable service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and first-level support across Microsoft 365 collaboration and identity services.
  • Support Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Perform initial triage and troubleshooting for incidents affecting collaboration platforms, identity services, and hosting environments.
  • Coordinate incident escalation and resolution with Microsoft 365, SQL, and infrastructure teams.
  • Execute documented standard operating procedures and technical runbooks.
  • Support service restoration, backup verification, and recovery activities during incidents.
  • Provide operational coverage during peak periods or resource shortages.
  • Maintain accurate operational records and technical handover notes.
  • Work across teams to ensure proper service continuity and incident handover.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT operations or infrastructure support.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration and identity services.
  • Experience supporting on-premises enterprise platforms.
  • Strong incident coordination and multi-platform troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to follow and execute established operating procedures.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across technical teams and provide effective operational handovers.
