We are seeking a Remote Healthcare Customer Support Agent

Representative to join our team at HCO Behavioral Health. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our healthcare clients and patients. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Assist customers with account setup and troubleshooting

Provide guidance on healthcare products and services

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Qualifications:
