Heb je een passie voor techniek en zware machines? Werk je graag hands-on aan grondverzetmachines, wielladers en heftrucks en krijg je energie van het oplossen van technische problemen? Dan is deze functie als Mechanic bij HD Construction Equipment Hyundai Europe misschien precies wat je zoekt.

Als Mechanic speel je een sleutelrol binnen de EUCUP-productieactiviteiten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de assemblage, inspectie, troubleshooting en herstelling van Hyundai en Develon machines. Naast je technische expertise ondersteun je ook de dagelijkse coördinatie van een klein team van mecaniciens en help je mee om kwalitatief, efficiënt en veilig werk af te leveren.

Wat ga je doen?

Productieondersteuning

  • Ondersteunen van productieactiviteiten voor graafmachines, wielladers, heftrucks en andere machines
  • Uitvoeren van assemblage-, demontage- en modificatiewerken voor diagnose en probleemoplossing
  • Uitvoeren van machine-inspecties en functionele controles
  • Ondersteunen van machinevoorbereidingen en klantgerichte aanpassingen
  • Ervoor zorgen dat werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd volgens de geldende kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen

Technische Troubleshooting & Herstellingen

  • Diagnostiseren en herstellen van mechanische, hydraulische en elektrische storingen aan machines
  • Oorzaken van defecten identificeren en corrigerende maatregelen ondersteunen
  • Ondersteunen van machineproeven, testen en indienststellingen
  • Opstellen van technische rapporten en troubleshootingrichtlijnen
  • Bijdragen aan continue verbetering door middel van gestructureerde probleemoplossing

Technische Ondersteuning & Coördinatie

  • Ondersteunen en begeleiden van de techniekers van Aertssen tijdens productieactiviteiten
  • Samenwerken met interne en externe stakeholders om technische problemen op te lossen
  • Opvolgen van de voortgang van werkzaamheden en bewaken van deadlines
  • Waken over een kwalitatieve uitvoering van technische werkzaamheden

Kwaliteit & Machine-inspectie

  • Uitvoeren van steekproefcontroles op afgewerkte machines
  • Rapporteren van kwaliteitsbevindingen en ondersteunen van opvolgacties
  • Verifiëren van de gereedheid van machines vóór levering, testing of indienststelling
  • Ondersteunen van initiatieven die bijdragen aan een hogere productkwaliteit en productie-efficiëntie
  • Ervaring in heavy equipment, automotive, landbouwmachines of industrieel onderhoud
  • Sterke mechanische kennis en ervaring met technische probleemoplossing
  • Basiskennis van hydraulische en elektrische systemen
  • Vermogen om dagelijkse werkzaamheden te organiseren, prioriteren en op te volgen
  • Rijbewijs of certificering voor het bedienen van bouwmachines is een pluspunt
  • Goede kennis van het Engels
  • Basiskennis van Microsoft Office voor rapportering en documentatie
  • Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en een proactieve ingesteldheid
  • Teamspeler met een sterke focus op kwaliteit, veiligheid en continue verbetering
