The posting

Beboerne på Park Allé søger en sød og dygtig vågen timelønnet vikar til nattevagt.

Vi søger en timelønnet tilkaldevikar til nattevagt, der har erfaring med at hjælpe, støtte og guide os i vores liv, med fysiske og psykiske funktionsnedsættelser.

Vi ønsker blandt andet at du har lyst til og viden om at arbejde med

  • neuropædagogik
  • Low Arousal
  • kommunikation, verbal og nonverbal

Vi har brug for at blive mødt af et menneskesyn, der bygger på respekt og værdighed, hvor anerkendelse af både at blive set, hørt og forstået imødekommes.

Park Allé er et botilbud, der er beliggende i den smukke by Skælskør, med gåafstand til station og bymidte. Der er nem adgang til indkøb, aktiviteter og socialt liv. Vi bor 20 borgere på Park Allé i alderen 19 til 80 år.

Vi ønsker, at en kommende vikar

  • har kompetencer både pædagogisk og sundhedsfagligt
  • har kendskab til komplekse handicap, fysisk og mentalt, med bl.a. epilepsi og ADHD
  • er igangsættende og sikrer, at nattens opgaver bliver løst

Vi er en gruppe beboere, der har brug for, at

  • du har fokus på faglighed
  • du er klar til en individuel borgergruppe, der stiller krav til engagement, handlekraft og ærlighed
  • du har fokus på samarbejde og kommunikation internt

Vi har brug for, at

  • du har B-kørekort
  • du kan dokumentere i en elektronisk journal, både i forhold til det pædagogiske og det sundhedsfaglige arbejde

Ansættelse efter nærmere aftale.

Løn afhænger af uddannelse og kvalifikationer, men kan variere fra min. 156 kr. som omsorgsmedhjælper og op til 220 kr. som socialpædagog i grundløn. Derudover vil der være tillæg for aften/nat, weekend og helligdage.
